Orientique Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Orientique! We want to ensure your authentic Persian car mats and accessories reach you safely and promptly. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Pakistan)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable local couriers like TCS, Leopards, PostEx, BlueEx to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during major sales or national holidays.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Orientique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and reach out to our support team at support@orientique.pk with photos of the damaged packaging and product. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Orientique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.
